Our Vision is to play a key role in the delivery of SCHREQ Systems, with Single Health Records Systems as the main core, so that each person shall have one secure and confidential longitudinal health record, towards which all health care providers across all sectors will continually contribute health care transactions, with the aim of improving the health status and outcomes of that person in cost effective and evidence based way.

Yes, your confidential data can only be accessed by users to whom you have given consent. All confidential data is encrypted.

In order for your doctor for access your information, they will need to be contracted with us to become users. They will also need your consent before viewing and/or adding additional information to your record.

Currently, access to medical records is only via the Health Care Practitioner/Provider (HCP) who created and updates the records. If your HCP agrees, we can provide you with access to relevant sections of your records.

If you have registered on the system to access this function, you may request appointments from Health Care Providers (HCP) to whom you are linked. Subject to the rules of the HCP, they may have to approve of the appointment, before it is confirmed.

If you are registered on the system to receive this information, and we have your confidential mobile phone number (currently South Africa only) and/or e-mail address, you will be notified accordingly.

No, tHS will not sell your information or use it without your permission in any way.

We will store records for as long as the agreement with your Health Care Provider is valid. Since the patient (worker/client) and the Health Care Practitioner/Provider (who created the records) both have a legitimate interest in the records, we will by default agree to store records for 8 years beyond the termination of agreement by the HCP.
