Real-time-dashboards

With all the records in one system, it is easy to retrieve the up-to-date information you require right away. Some examples of dashboards available on the system include 90-90-90 HIV dashboard, corporate reporting dashboard, fitness for work compliance dashboard and fatigue dashboard.

Radiology

All Xray tasks can be scheduled via the Work Lists page and once completed can be digitally integrated into the system and retained as part of the patient’s records. You will also be able to access the International Labour Organisation classification of chest radiographs. You will have a radiography repository across sites (and equipment) which will help you to avoid unnecessary radiation from duplication of X-Rays.

Pharmacy

The theHealthSource systems provides e-prescribing using formularies on the scripts applying mutually exclusive rules on a diagnostic level. These scripts can also be printed and issued to patients. The system can be used to manage stock and dispense medication.

Laboratory interfacing

The system’s electronic laboratory offers requesting and reporting which helps to prevent the issuing of duplications, ensures the optimisation of health status improvement as well as efficiency and effectiveness. Our system works using bidirectional integration by handling all requests to the lab and then updating the patient’s records with the results.

Training management

Training is provided to all new and existing clients, either online or in-person. While using the software tools, electronic manuals and tutorials will be available on the platform to help answer any questions. However, if you need additional help, our helpdesk is available 24/7.

Language translation

The system has been translated into English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Other languages can be added on request.

Digital signatures

Patient portal
